Hello~ I just had to write and tell you that the birthday flowers I re ceived from my son this week are gorgeous!! They are four days old and are as fresh as the day they were delivered and many o f the new buds are opening - they are simply perfect!! These ma y be the nicest flower bouquet I have ever received! Each day is brightened as I have these lovely flowers to gaze upon. God is so good. He could've given us a barren planet on which to live - but He designed so much beauty for us to enjoy!! What a fantastic experience I’ve had with this florist! I placed an order for flowers to be delivered not only ‘same day’, but within 3 hours of placing the order. I needed it quick and I had special instructions for the bouquet on top of it. I know how busy it can be when people like myself call in for speedy service and special requirements to boot and that’s why I appreciate it even more that I received a call from Josh himself to make sure my order will be to my satisfaction. It was delivered on time as promised and my boss’s wife was/is absolutely thrilled with her flowers, she received a fantastic arrangement with plenty of flowers and everything else I asked for. Josh really went out of his way to make this happen and to create a bouquet as exceptional as the one I ordered. Thank you so much and you can be sure that my future orders will be placed with you. Ps: Keep in mind that you get more flowers for what you spend when you order from the florist direct (as opposed to going through a 1-800 nationwide service who then sends the order back to a local florist and takes a chunk of your money as their service fee, which equals less flowers for you).

This shop is incredible, their flowers were delivered on time and looked like they just came out of a cooler they were perfect and could not have been fresher.

Living in Australia I had no idea what quality of product or service I would receive by ordering on line. Having selected Exceptional Flowers by luck, I was extremely fortunate for not eyonly are their flowers fresh and highly presentable their rates are good AND the delivery service was over and above that which one would normally expect. When it came time to order more flowers I had no hesitation in ordering from this company. I wanted to extend my thanks to Josh for saving the day! I'm the typical horrible sister who forgets everything and I totally forgot my only sister's birthday! I was frantically calling around and every Florist in town said NO they couldn't help me or the soonest they would deliver was the day after her Birthday! That wasn't good... so I tried one more shop and was lucky to find Josh at Exceptional Flowers. He could tell I was in a bind and was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure my sister got flowers on her birthday. He personally took the delivery to her and wished her a special happy birthday from her little sis! Thank you for making me look like a rock star! Exceptional Flowers is the only shop I will ever use again! I received short notice that a Client of ours had a sudden death of a close family member and it was my responsibility to get some flowers sent for the service. Not knowing what I should do or send I went online and searched for a local Florist to call. I saw that Exceptional Flowers was a top 250 FTD member which to me was very impressive and meant their work had to be top notch to get that kind of ranking. When I called I was actually lucky enough to talk to the owner Josh Laddin. I explained my situation that I had very little details to go on when the service was or time. He immediately set my mind at ease because he knew everything about the service already. As chance would have it, he was also doing the family pieces. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to find this Florist. The flowers were amazing!!!! The family actually selected our arrangement from several to take home with them. The arrangement was in a beautiful keepsake container which they told us they were going to return back to Exceptional Flowers to have them put a permanent silk arrangement in it. Thank you Josh for going above and beyond during this difficult time for everyone.

It is very sad that I have been alotted only five stars to award an exceptional florist in Boca Raton, Florida. "Exceptional Flowers and Gifts" should be granted an entire sky full of stars for their very exceptional service and their beautiful floral gifts. I recently had reason to send a bouquet of roses to my daughter. She works for a law firm in downtown Boca Raton, and at long last, has achieved her goal of becomming a certified paralegal. I searched on-line for florists in Boca and ultimately chose "Exceptional" because of their more reasonable prices and also because of their proximity to the law offices where my daughter works. I was totally thunderstruck when I received a beautiful "Thank You" note from my daughter within two hours of placing my order on-line! Yes, within two hours, a gorgeous arrangement of multicolored roses were gracing her desk. All of her co-workers gathered to view the flowers and enjoy their lovely fragrance. I am a new customer of this florist and I live eleven hundred miles away. Had the flowers been delivered within the same week, I would have been happy. Imagine how overjoyed I was to have received my daughter's acknowledgement within one hundred twenty MINUTES! And the roses took her breath away! I also got a wonderful gift in return. Among the lovely remarks in Susan's note were these words: "Mom, when I look at these roses, I think of you." Some things are priceless. So along with oceans of stars I send a big bouquet of thanks to a company who obviously aims to please - and they surely do!

Years ago when we were looking for a nice florist for my sweetie mom-in-law (who lives in Boca part of the year) we found Josh just as he was just starting out at a different location! What a gold mine and how lucky for us!! Meeting him in person was great as we were able to see how much he cared about his shop and his profession. Always, his flower arrangements to Mom were fabulous, had tremendous 'staying power' and Mom was thrilled as were we - they lived up to their company name!! Being that many times we did all of this pretty much from our then home in NJ, it was always a pleasure to KNOW that anything delivered to her would be top rate and more than not, even prettier than the picture. The staff is terrifc to deal with - they are caring and accommodating to the 'nth' degree. Mom just received her Mother's Day arrangement (a little early this year) and it is just gorgeous! We feel blessed that we have found a florist who not only arranges lovely flowers, but actually takes infinite time in making sure that they are just right for that special someone or occasion. Thank you Josh and also thanks to your 'Exceptional' Staff. You are the best!!! If you there were more stars I'd add them onto this review!!
